I've designed this challenge to get MYSELF out of a sad girl rut and get my butt back in gear! So join me!
Everyday you do:
1 thing for your mind - (This can be anything YOU want. Read a book, do some studying, painting, cooking, exercising etc)
1 thing for your body - (This can be anything YOU want, a walk, yoga, a run, weights, a massage, a bath, a new skin care routine, a tattoo (hehe), a new hair style)
1 way of fuelling your body - (This can be a nourishing snack, a nourishing meal, drinking more water, not restricting after a night out etc)
There are no right or wrong things. Its all what makes you HAPPY and what makes you smile. Here's a free 90 day tracker if you like to tick days off!
