I am really enjoying the Sort Launch your fat loss ebook thank you. I found the chapters on macros informative and I have already increased my steps by almost double, just by taking it easy.
I also found the balanced meals sections really helpful, especially the section on balancing snacks. Allowing the snack but adding protein and fruit or veg to the plate is an amazing tip.
So, all positive from me so far thank you.

I have found this easier to manage with the sheet and video guidance how to mark and meet the 90 day challenge goals.. the speed of receiving after ordering iem was excellent

I have tried adjusting my calorie intake to higher as per the calculations and in the past week my weight loss has started again. I think this is just the kickstart I needed and it helps me to understand what my own body requires rather than a standard 1200 calories.

Very informative, great membership, so glad that I joined. Kel is very knowledgeable & explains things in a way you can understand. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to achieve their fat loss goals. Kel makes you understand that it's OK to have the things you enjoy & it won't ruin your fat loss the way other diet clubs would have you believe that it does & that "treats" are bad or sinful no wonder we have such a tough relationship with food when we've been told for years what's "good & what's "bad" like kel says "there's no such thing as bad foods, just some are more nutritional than others."
